Can you take a epsom salt bath, when your pregnant?

Heyy! Well I'm 29weeks pregnant, and I REALLY over did it today; Cleaning house ( the usual, washing and drying clothes, washing dishes, vacing floors, and god knows what else, plus on top of that i went shopping earlier. I am super sore, my back hurts so bad. Can pregnant woman take epsom salt baths? I really need some relaxation! But I dont want to put my baby in harm. Thanks!
