Is there a way to contact yahoo about your account ? details?

It was brought to my attention that I had certain people blocked, which i did not block. I of course defended myself, before i checked when I did check i have over 60 blocked half whom I have never heard of including two people who brought it to my attention. One of them is a contact of mine that has been one for years (AKA Joey) I would never in a million years block him. This happened once before and I changed my pword and everything. Also I have people on my contact list who I did not put there. I have also been getting emails from some saying I answered them pretty dang rudely when I did not answer their questions at all. So how can i solve this issue? Do I start another account or what?
