ITunes Trouble!!! Please help me.?

Ok, so I rented a movie and it began to download. Then it gave me an error message stating my hard drive was full. I have been meaning to clean it out so I promptly did so. Then after cleaning it, i resumed the download and the status bar says it is downloading, but the % stays at 5. I have no problem with my internet connection and I have tried to sign in again for available downloads. Now my iTunes won't close is there any way I can contact a support?(my itunes store wont load either, but still no internet connection problem)
