Rebel Club --- Any Ideas?

Hi, I'm in a highschool club called Rebel. It's a club that's against tobacco, smoking, drugs, etc. We're trying to find ideas for fundraising and to get other members to join the club. We already have a few ideas, like handing out dum-dum lollipops saying "Don't be a Dum-Dum, don't smoke", and other things along those lines. We're just trying to find ideas for advertising anti-drug-use, and I wanted to ask your ideas. Thanks :]
