She found out i like her a little less than a year ago,what shud i do?

Ok,so last summer i had a big crush on a girl named haley. so we were really good friends and we talked alot and she may have even liked me.but then at the end of summer she found out i like her and we havent had a normal conversation to this day which is like 9 months. I feel really bad about it and ifit werent forthe people that told he icud hav had a chance probably. I still may have a chance if i start over and begin talking to her. What can I do in order for us to at least talk and be friends. I really like thi girl too ad i want us to at least be friends and talk to each other.
