What do people think of Minneapolis, Minnesota?

I'm moving there this summer, and I don't know how I feel about it. I've never thought about it much before, and I don't know if its a fun/interesting state at all. I enjoy the outdoors, urbany areas, and hippiness if the helps. I hate rednecks. Any input?!
