What do you think of this teaching endorsed by multiple Mormon prophets?

I testify in the name of Jesus Christ that these teachings are true. Mothers who are employed simply can't mother as well as those who are not employed. So if they can, mothers should quit their jobs, just as the prophets have commanded.
