What laws would I be breaking if I made this announcement over the Karaoke microphone?

uming it's true that he is a child molester, what would be wrong with saying over the mic that "This man (and point the man out) is a CHILD MOLESTER and he molested my brother when my bro was 5 years old! I have the bail money and I will pay all legal fees if anybody in this bar wants to kick his ***!"?
