Which Star Wars movie should I first watch?

I'm older than I care to admit and have never watched ANY of the Star Wars movies. I'm not from Mars, I'm just not a big science fiction fan. I know pretty much the whole storyline (Luke, I'm your father; Leia is Luke's sister, Anakin is Darth Bad Guy, etc). I know that the newer, more recently made films are prequels and chronologically (according to the movies) go first. Well, I'm finally ready to watch them and I'm wondering if anyone would suggest watching the newer films first, episodes 1, 2 and 3 before moving onto the older films, episodes 4, 5 and 6 from the 70s and 80s. Or should I do as the major majority has and watch them in the order that they were made?
