Why are you for the Line Item Veto?

I think it should be constitutional. The Supreme Court said that it is a legilslative act, but I dont agree with that interpretation. I beleive that it is a good way to exhibit fiscal restraint and eliminate wasteful expenditures. What are some other resasons taht you guys think are important.
