Why does OSU continue to struggle with putting away less talented teams?

Maybe you forgot this team's starting line up is mainly composed of freshmen ,including Greg Oden.As expected of freshmen they are inexperienced and more often than not commit youthful mistakes.Putting away teams are one of the things that experience can teach you.Something that they don't have.Once they figure things out,close games against talented less -talented teams would never exist.
