wow he doesn't sound like a very nice guy. well definitely not "boyfriend" material, just someone to get your fix with...odds are, he doesn't care about you because you don't do that or treat the person that way if you even remotely care about them. i'd dump it, honestly, it does not sound good AT ALL. sorry :( goodluck!
