Did the Bush Administration deceive congress into attacking Iraq?

They certainly did.. they had access to intelligence that Congress does not have access to, in the form of daily intelligence briefings by all major intelligence sources (military, CIA, NSA etc.) ... the cons try to sweep this all under the rug by pointing out that Congress voted to authorize force in Iraq, but it's true, and Congress was lied to, just like the American people.
