Is Obama a new type of leader as portrayed by the media?

Obama is much more liberal than Carter. Obama is turning this country into a socialistic government. The taxes will be much higher with national insurance, cap and trade and all his other programs. This president calls a police department stupid when he doesn't even know the facts. Carter would have never done that.
