URGENT:Best eyepiece focal length?

Ok so I've got a 300mm focal length telescope with a 10mm focal length eyepiece , now what's the best eyepiece I should buy to get the max performance? is the 10mm the best option or i should get another one for a better performance?P.S:I'm a beginner with a beginner telescope SKY-WATCHER MINIDOB HERITAGE.
